Kathryn Reilly is an innovator in the trade & consumer show industry with an impressive resume of consumer show start-ups and over 25 years experience.
Kathryn’s first consumer show was at Exhibition Place, Toronto in 1982 when she established the first large scale consumer bridal show in Canada, the National Bridal Show. It was an instant smash in year one, and it quickly expanded its frequency to twice per year, at Exhibition Place and the International Centre, Toronto. This early success led to her expanding the model to her other interests. She started the Success with Gardening Show in 1994 at the International Centre, Toronto, as well as BabyTime, which launched also at the International Centre in 1998. All three shows were huge hits and exist today with new owners.
While in the consumer show industry, Kathryn found she had a creative knack for web design and adapted to social media from the start, so when she moved to Collingwood she established a web design and social media company, Social Web Media, with a diverse portfolio, including clients in the legal cannabis market.
Beyond work, Kathryn is a mother of four, grandma of three and cat mom of two rescues from Collingwood. She lives on the Toronto waterfront and loves to get outdoors for hiking and kayaking — and she also enjoys art and music in her spare time.
