It’s all about the vibes at Cannexpo. The Vibe Bar Lounge is the place to kick back and relax, grab a drink, and network with your fellow exhibitors, retailers, industry professionals and consumers. The Sponsor can create the vibe with branded accessories, decor and sponsor named specialty cocktails!

Pitch Deck Stage
Need a place to pitch your ideas? Then you’ve come to the right place! The Pitch Deck Stage is dedicated to inspiring entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders to share their ideas in front of an audience. Come for the energy, stay for the speakers!

Sesh Rooms
The Sesh Rooms are where the good times roll! Two Sesh Rooms will host a full schedule, with one stream for consumer topics and the second stream for industry professionals and retailers. Consumers can listen in on everything to do with cannabis in a place of education and innovation. Professionals & retailers can network and gain insight into important aspects of the cannabis industry.

Studio Ex
Whether you are hosting a townhall with exclusive dispensary owners or hosting a Q&A with licensed producers, StudioEx is a full-service hybrid studio that is available for exhibitors and sponsors to book time throughout the weekend. StudioEx is great for educational forums, product launches, information sessions and more.
On Site:
- Rental includes stage, theatre style seating for 100, backdrop, lighting & a/v operator

How to Book the Show
1. Please complete the Exhibit Space Application Form.
2. Select booth choices from the Floor Plan and submit the form.
3. Upon receipt we will contact you to discuss your participation including booth choices available and opportunities for maximizing your participation.
4. CannExpo will send a contract for signature by DocuSign.
5. A 40% deposit is required to confirm your booth location. This will be invoiced at the time of signing.
